MONTHLY SERVICE TIME LIMITS: Monthly service begins on the date that work begins on your project and continues exactly one month from that day. Hours do not roll-over from month to month. You have one month to use the hours you paid for and any unused hours expire at the end of the billing cycle for that month.

ADDITIONAL HOURS: Hours exceeding the prepaid allocated hours will be billed according to our discounted hourly rate of $35 per hour (normal rate is $50). If we believe that your project will exceed the allocated number of plan hours, we will notify you in advance before you exceed your prepaid hours.
